Our investprojects time frames are 2012- 2013:

commercial realty purchase 300 - 500 sq.m. in the central part of Moscow     for a new showroom of our trade net (estimated project cost Euro 2 mln.); land purchase to build up a warehouse complex on (estimated project cost Euro 5 mln.)

Investments attraction conditions:

long term credit period (8 - 10 years); credit currency - Euro; interest rate - within 8% annualy (variable interest rate can be considered); various types of mortgage: mortgage of the posessed realty in Moscow     and Nizhniy Novgorod cities with the land rent rights; newly purchased realty mortgage; traded goods mortgage; company shares" mortgage

Presently we are

a company founded in 2000; an official importer with direct contracts with Italian manufactures; 3 showrooms proprietor (Moscow and Nizhniy Novgorod cities); 2 rented showroom spaces; 80 staff members; 20 000 sq.m. of tiles on stock in the warehouses of Moscow and Nizhniy Novgorod cities; understandable financial statement; english-speaking financial department
